Illawarra Engineering Services Pty Ltd (IES) is an Australian leader in technical engineering knowledge within the building and construction industry.

Established in 1992, IES provides specialised engineering trades teams to the heavy industry and construction sectors. Our success has been achieved by using the latest business and project management techniques to plan and complete the engineering projects that we have been responsible for.

We pride ourselves on selecting high quality engineering and construction personnel who share our ideals and reflect them in their day-to-day work. The utilisation of a cross-functional structure and up to 150 employees at any one time has enabled us to contract and sub-contract for some of Australia’s major construction companies and industry leaders; firms such as Thomas & Coffey Ltd, Carbon Energy Ltd, Boral (Blue Circle Southern Cement Ltd), Thiess, McConnell Dowell and Energy Developments Pty Ltd.
