Illawarra Engineering Services mission is to provide the services of specialised trade teams to the heavy industry and construction sectors and through these dynamic high performance teams perform and deliver the scopes of work with safety, dependability, drive, integrity and the minimum of fuss.

Founded in 1992 by Paul Hadley who continues to serve as Managing Director, we offer a regional strategy supported by local expertise and capability.

We gather teams of highly skilled people to deliver projects in the most cost-effective timely manner.

Safety is embedded in our culture and we actively encourage our team members to take a proactive role in eliminating risk and retuning home safe every day.
