Client Testimonials

“Illawara Engineering Services were sub-contracted to the McConnell Dowell / Abi Group Joint Venture construction team, engaged on the Southern Regional Water Pipeline Project in Queensland, for the period of late 2007 until end 2008.

They were engaged initially to construct the Chambers Flat Plumbing Station and lay the large diameter DICL Bell-and-Spigot underground piping infrastructure. This Component of the works they executed proficiently, safely and IES deliverables were continually in line with Programme Milestones. Due to this, the Alliance renewed their contract, ramped up resources and awarded them additional work.

It is worth nothing that IES provided skilled tradespersons and Supervision, to the supplement the Joint Venture Personnel over the Christmas and New Year Period which enabled the “First Water” delivery Program to remain on track, provide a Security presence to the Site and maintain an efficient re-establishment of the workforce post holidays.

IES were an amicable, valuable assistance to the Construction of the Recycled water infrastructure, their modern communication techniques integrated well within the Construction Management Plans and the Quality of their people and leadership is reflected in their work.”
